Intermunicipal Development Plans
The fringe areas between urban and rural municipalities present unique land use challenges that no single jurisdiction can fully address alone. In response, the Province encourages municipalities to collaborate on land use planning to prevent conflicts and align with Provincial Land Use Policies.
The Town of Raymond and the County of Warner adopted their first joint Intermunicipal Development Plan in 2013, updating it most recently in 2020.
